They even went the extra mile when we found a home we liked but we didn’t like the area in the tract, Mint canvased the neighborhood and found a house that wasn’t on the market that was the same model but on a better street. After we found the house we wanted Mint help us sell our current house the first weekend on the market for top dollar. He used all of the current technology to present the house and stayed on top of escrow to make sure we closed the sale on time.
