Meet Kendell

Sales Partner

Kendell was born and raised in Seacliff, Huntington Beach, and has a deep-rooted connection to the coastal lifestyle that defines much of Southern California. Her involvement with organizations like Working Wardrobes and the Orangewood Foundation and her commitment to the National Charity League has shown her ongoing dedication to her community. With an early interest in real estate, Kendell decided to study Interior Design at California State University, Long Beach where she developed a keen eye for design and functionality. 

During her time as a Social Media Marketing Specialist at The Platinum Home Mortgage Corporation, she gained invaluable insights into real estate finance and market dynamics that further fueled her love for the industry. Now, she’s turning that passion into action to offer a fresh approach to real estate by confidently guiding her clients through buying, selling, or investing. 

As a certified Reformer Pilates instructor she knows that a dedication to fitness and wellness allows for a unique approach to client care and allows her to bring a more balanced perspective to her work that benefits both her and her clients. She's not all work though - if the weather's right, you just might find her on a boat in Newport Harbor or playing pickleball at The Huntington Club!
