Meet Mike

Sales Partner
Mike Pierce grew up in a small town in Minnesota before moving out to California after high school — and he never looked back. Now, as a Californian, Mike focuses on helping his clients achieve their goals of owning their own piece of the Golden State.
 
Mike started his real estate career in 2018 with his wife, Nicole. The pair quickly excelled, each earning the Rookie of the Year honor in their first year of service and continuing to push themselves and each other to be better agents. 
 
A hard worker and problem solver, Mike focuses on matching his clients with their dream homes, and he enjoys working with all types of clients — from first-time homebuyers to young families looking to upgrade to empty nesters looking to downsize. He is passionate about building strong and lasting relationships based on professionalism, integrity, and open, consistent communication. 
 
As an investment-minded individual, Mike also enjoys helping others who wish to add real estate to their portfolios. Leveraging his economics degree, he constantly monitors and analyzes statistics and trends in the local housing market to help his clients make sound financial decisions.  
 
Ever positive and eager to help, Mike is always willing to lend a helping hand to his clients, friends, and family. But his commitment to bettering the lives of others goes beyond his career — as part of Moustaches for Kids OC, he grows a fabulous mustache every year to raise money for a local children’s charity. 
 
In his off-time, Mike enjoys traveling with his wife and their German shepherd, Ella. He also loves to sing, play music, and watch his beloved Minnesota Vikings.
