Contest Disclaimer for Quail Hill Community Contest

1. Eligibility: This contest is open only to individuals who currently reside in the Quail Hill community or those who attended the open house event on February 10, 2024. By participating in the contest, you affirm your eligibility and compliance with these terms.

2. Submission Limit: Limited to one submission per person. Multiple submissions from the same individual will result in disqualification.

3. Contest Entry: To enter the contest, participants must submit their answers based on the exact points scored by both teams. Additional questions will serve as tie-breakers.

4. Tie-Breaker: In the event of a tie, answers to the other questions posed in the contest will be used to determine the winner. If multiple participants correctly answer all questions, including tie-breakers, a winner will be selected at random from among those entrants.

5. Submission Validity: Submissions will only be considered valid if they are made by individuals who meet the eligibility criteria as outlined above. Any entries that do not meet these criteria will be deemed invalid and excluded from the contest.

6. Winner Selection: The contest will be judged based on the accuracy of answers provided. The selection of winners will be at the sole discretion of the contest organizers, subject to the rules and criteria set forth herein.

7. General Conditions: Contest organizers reserve the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the contest if any problem prevents the contest from being conducted as planned. This includes situations beyond the control of the organizers, such as technical malfunctions or unauthorized tampering.

8. Release and Limitations of Liability: By participating in this contest, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the contest organizers, Mint Real Estate, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the contest or receipt or use of any prize.

9. Privacy: Participants agree that personal data entered in connection with the contest, including name, address, and contact information, may be used and disclosed by the contest organizers for the purposes of administering the contest and for other purposes, as expressly permitted by the participant.

10. Governing Law: All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these contest rules, or the rights and obligations of participants and contest organizers in connection with the contest, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the state of California, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules.

By entering this contest, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and represent that you meet all eligibility requirements. This contest is void where prohibited by law.
